    The 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV VRX is truly a next generation vehicle, loaded with features making it a premium driving experience. There is so much in it where it takes a while to get to know them. The EV driving experience is simply fantastic. For me this car ticks all the boxes (Safety + Comfort + Economical + EV + Performance + Technology + Looks & Design).

    I have driven it from CHC to Queenstown and to Balclutha. The safety features was awesome (lane departure warning). I really xused the radar cruise control while following my friends car, it was very convenient. I love the other convenience features such as auto lock, headlight and wiper/rain sensing.

    The newer shape Outlander is a huge improvement over the previous model and features an interior that feels considerably larger and of better build quality. The vehicle feels heavier on the road yet still has plenty of power and the overall drive is comparable to SUVs in a much higher price bracket. We are very happy with our purchase and would recommend the new Outlander to anyone looking for a stylish, comfortable, and practical SUV.

    The Mitsubishi Outlander is versatile (plug-in, hybrid & petrol), 90% of our use will be in EV mode with hybrid & petrol use on trips. The ability to drive from Pegasus into Northlands, with several other stops, in EV and arrive home with 25 battery kms still available is exactly what we had hoped for. In EV I am pleasantly surprized at how quick off the mark it is and has very good power when passing at 100km. In a few words "great all-round vehicle".
