We were greeted by Jake at the front entrance. We showed him the listing we were interested in from Trade Me and he took us to the vehicle. Every staff member introduced themselves to us which was really nice. We decided on a different vehicle and started the trade and finance process. This took a while as understandably they were really busy, but that was fine because we were looked after so well by Jake and the team. The finance process was so easy and we were happy with what we got offered for our car. The overall experience was great. We felt welcome and looked after from the second we walked in the doors. 5⭐️ experience and I will happily recommend Trust Motors to my friends and whanau

They're not all up in your face like other dealerships I've been to making you feel like you owe them something. Trust Motors were super friendly but gave you that space you needed. Not making you feel like your personal bubble was being invaded. They checked in frequently but not every 5 minutes which was a blessing. 100% rating for best customer service. 100% rating for staff and customer interaction. 100% rating for site and staff presentation and personality. Cruz was the best sales consultant I had dealt with in awhile. Communication was easy, didn't feel forced and understood the assignment 🫡 made the whole process smooth for someone out of town! Didn't have to think twice whether or not I trusted the lad, he proved there was no need to doubt his method from the get go. Loved it, made the 5 and half hour drive up well worth the trip. Would definitely do another 5 and half hour drive just to deal with Trust Motors again.

Customer service is probably the best I have ever experienced. Jake who we dealt with from the start was amazing, he picked us up from the airport on his day off in his own private vehicle. He showed us around the rest of the car sales and didn’t rush us at all, and even offed us a coffee. I could not speak highly enough about him.
